Rob and Shane Britton-Carry have been farming for over 3 years, specializing in Boer Goats
Shane grew up on a sheep farm and has had a passion for animals his whole life. He has a degree in Agriculture with a minor in Horticulture from the University of Guelph, which has proved very handy for our farm. In addition, he ran his own Landscaping business for nearly 10-years, which helped hone his small business acumen and of course satisfied his passion for plants! He takes on the roles of Head Groundskeeper and Chief of Animal Procurement and Genetics Planning.
Rob also has a lifelong passion for animals. He’s come to this farming thing a little later in life, but is full of enthusiasm nonetheless. With a background in business and finance, as well as a strong interest in carpentry and woodworking, he brings a varied skillset to the farm. He takes on the roles of Chief Animal Welfare Officer and Head of Public Works.
